I'd taken my cars to Motor Car Mall for years and always felt as though I was treated fairly and the work was honest and reliable. This past year, I had such a negative experience with them, I had sworn I would never go back. But last week I had an emergency issue and couldn't get in anywhere else in a reasonable time frame. I called and asked for a tow, even though they'd said they were booked up for days, and boy am I glad I did! They must be under new management, because it was just like the service I used to expect from them. As usual, their tow truck driver was extremely prompt and polite. I got a phone call with a diagnostic report much sooner than I expected. The service advisor was friendly and knowledgeable and emailed me the itemized estimate after we hung up. The work was completed and billed just as quoted, and I had my van back the next day, A WEEK AHEAD of the estimated completion date! So glad I gave them another chance!
