They are amazing people. They do a great job. People who work there are efficient and thoughtful. They are friendly and great. Customer service is great.

I've dealt with them for a few years. They are honest, upfront, don't try to sell you something you don't need, and prices are reasonable. Basically, they don't overcharge or push you into buying things you don't need. Efficient and timely.

My wife has a Hyundai XG350 that breaks every time someone works on it, this even happens if we let the dealership work on it. Motor Car Mall is the first repair shop that didn't make the situation worse. The car broke down on Friday and was at the shop by 9:30 am. John, the Service Manager, stayed in contact with us all through the day. Because the problem was intermittent they didn't find the problem until Monday. Total bill for diagnostics 1 hour of labor. I know they invested more than an hour trying to find the problem. The repair was pretty intensive requiring the timing belt, water pump, and a cam shaft sensor replacement. Once it was all done John made sure to show us every part and explain why each one needed to be changed. The cost of this repair was WELL below what I expected. Throughout the entire process John made sure to stay in contact with us, so there were no surprises. If you have car issues in Valencia County, definitely give these guys a chance.
