What are your business hours?

8:00 am – 6:00 pm Monday thru Friday, Closed Saturday and Sunday.

Can I drop off my vehicle for repairs after hours?

Yes! we have a convenient key drop on the front of our building. Just fill out the customer info on the provided envelopes put in your keys and push thru the slot provided inside the box. We will begin work the next morning when we arrive.

What is your guarantee?

For body work we offer a lifetime guarantee on the workmanship, the paint work comes with a lifetime nationwide guarantee backed thru Napa and Martin Senour Paints good throughout the fifty contingent states. Our framework is guaranteed for a lifetime on the workmanship. Parts are guaranteed thru the manufactures and will vary depending on the manufacturer. All mechanical repairs, parts and labor are guaranteed for 24 months or 24 thousand miles whichever comes first.

Are your technicians trained or certified?

Yes! The body shop has reached the I-CAR Gold Class Status. This means that the technicians are I-CAR trained and tested. I-CAR is recognized as one of the auto body repair industries finest training entities, some individuals are even platinum certified thru I-CAR. The painters hold certifications from Martin Senour Paints on application methods and color matching theory. They all also have ASE certification. In the mechanic shop our technicians are ASE certified as well in many different areas of mechanical repair.

What kinds of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, local checks with proper ID, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and debit cards.

Are your estimates free?

Body shop estimates are free and can be written in most cases while you wait. The mechanic shop price quotes on requested work are free, but diagnostic testing to find a problem starts at $45.00 and go up from there depending on the amount of time and number of tests needed.

Can I pay part of my bill, pick up my car, then pay the rest later?

No, the repair bill must be paid in full before the vehicle leaves.

Can I get a ride home when I leave my car for repairs?

Yes! Motor Car Mall provides a shuttle service. We can drop you off and pick you back up to your home or your business.

Do you offer towing and how much is it?

Yes! Motor Car Mall offers fast 24/7towing services at a fair price. The cost will depend on the distance the vehicle is towed in.

Will my car be safe while it is your shop?

Yes! All vehicles are stored at night inside or outside in our fenced in compound which is protected with razor wire and a state of the art security system which is monitored 24 hours a day seven days a week.

Do you do body work or mechanical estimates off site at my home or towing yard?

Although we do not do body work or mechanical estimates off-site, we do offer online mechanical estimates. For online mechanical repair estimates, click here.

Do you follow up with me after the repairs are completed?

Yes! We will contact you by phone a week or two after to make sure that the repairs are satisfactory and that the service was good.

Do you work with all insurance companies?

Yes! We work with all insurance companies and already have a good working relationship with them prior to your claim. This helps use get what you need to have a complete and quality repair done to your vehicle.

Do I have the right to choose the repair shop my car is repaired at?

Yes! State law reads that the consumer has the right to choose any repair shop he or she wishes. The insurance companies cannot tell you where to take your car. They can only suggest. If they get caught making you have your car repaired at a facility you did not want to go to they can get into a lot of trouble from the state insurance commissioners office.

Can I get a rental car at your shop?

Yes! Although we do not rent cars ourselves we recommend one of two car rental agencies. We can set it up and also have them meet you here when you bring in your car. You must first check and see if you’re insurance has rental car coverage. If you are a claimant from another insurance other than yours you automatically should receive a rental car while your car is being worked on.

When do I pay for my repairs or insurance deductible?

Payment is due at the time you pick up your vehicle. This way you can inspect the repairs and make sure you are happy.
