I have had MCM do work on several vehicles for me, both boby and mechanical. I have always found them to be professional and honest. The latest repair I had was to replace the motor mounts, all four. After the dealer had told me I needed to replace a transaxle and clutch. MCM did the work they pinpointed at about half of the cost that the transactional and clutch would have cost and the car is running great! I rarely give five stars on any review, but they certainly deserved it for this work.

I was able to get the alignment done while I waited. I was treated well and the work was professionally done.

My 2013 4-Runner was having erratic start-up issues for a couple of weeks. Dash lights would come on but the motor wouldn’t even turn over .. not even a click. After a few tries it would start-up. I thought it was an electrical problem, or alternator, or ignition, etc., because the battery was only a year old. Finally, it wouldn’t start at all, so I had it hauled to Motor Car Mall. They diagnosed the problem, which turned out to BE the battery .. with a very corroded terminal. They cleaned the terminals, lubricated them and charged the battery. It’s been starting-up great on the coldest mornings. Motor Car Mall could have told me a variety of things were the problem .. but they didn’t .. I find this Company, mechanics and owner to be the most ‘honest’ and ‘professional’ people I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They will always have our business!

They found things wrong I didn't know about and fixed them.

Check engine light was on AND MCM Fixed the problem pretty quickly. No complaints
