I ended up at this shop after trying quite a few others in the area that fell short of typical and customary expectations of a consumer in need of auto repairs! The diagnostic process was amazingingly accurate and I was impressed with the fact that I was also advised to replace a few other parts on said system while they were already in there that would eventually need to be done as well and cost alot more down the road to fix! That is a customary habit in my family which includes several successful auto shop owner/operaters in other states! I was also impressed that the staff is so professional, curteous, knowledgeable on so many different areas of auto care which meant I did not have to go to many different places for different types of services and repsirs later on! A one stop shop so to speak where the employees know your cars history, what has been done on it, abd all the other benefits derived from keeping only one mechanic for your car! As far as pricing is concered I was informed before they started the work and they are competitive with the current market! They took the time and effort to make sure the job was completed and warranteed their work! I can tell you this, I have gone back a few more times since and have been happy with all they have done so as far my car goes....she has found her team of doctors and I will not take her anywhere else for service but here! This shop and the staff is worth their weight in gold and I consider myself lucky to have found them!
